To encourage and delight in the art of musical expression by facilitating the experience of the live performance. To express and share musical aptitude by affording new, young and mature musicians throughout Durham Region and Clarington, the opportunity to showcase their talents. To support the youth of Clarington specifically in the area of creativity through music and culture with the hope of fostering personal growth an group development.
